Free US Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping in the United States. If your order is over $500.00 we require a signature for delivery so the items will need to be sent via registered or priority mail. International orders: Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping requirements.

USPS Express Mail – Insured $50.00 1 business day. Overnight to most areas. Signature required
Federal Express – Insured $75.00 Signature required
Our-14 day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider and evaluate your purchase. Please call or email for a return authorization number. No returns accepted on special or custom orders or merchandise altered in any way. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by Quality Control. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Packages that do not have a return authorization clearly marked on the outside, are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
To Prepare a Return
Call 425-821-1444 or email us to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this number on the exterior of your package and include it on the inside with a copy of your invoice.
Package Your Return
Include sales receipt, warranties, and original boxes.
Insure Your Package
Less than $500.00: Package can be returned via any carrier of your choice. Insure the package and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
More than $500.00: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. Warren Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
